What every ones favourite camera? or more importantly what camera/lens do you own!

Hey all
looking at purchasing a new camera....
Dont really know where to start keen on getting a quality one that is all.....
want everyones opinions on what they own , how good it is, a rough price if possible and what there dream camera is!

As for which to get, that depends on your budget and what kind of camera you're looking for. No point recommending a hulking dslr when a good high quality compact will do, and no point recommending a compact when you need fast glass, low DOF and wireless strobe control...
