near the mussel farm(?) (on
near the mussel farm(?) (on the northern tip of garden island) there is a superb drop off from about 15 metres to 5 metres. If you leave from woodies find the farm and sound around on the eastern side of it and you should find what i'm talking about. If not, anywhere from 3 to even 7m deep over weed and a bit of sand you should find them and hopefully some squid. Throw heaps of burley and tuna oil around and they should come to you.

Try around the coathanger
Try around the coathanger bridge going over to garden island, always herring there, burley up and you might even get some nice skippy too
