Gents
Can anyone advise me where to go beach fishing at Margaret River?
I am heading there this week and want to take my 16ft beach rod and possibly a 13ft and 10ft for spinning.
- Any tips gladly accepted - cheerso

If you like Night fishing and have a 4x4 check out Willyabrup Beach(where the creek mouth would flow out when flooding). Turn off onto gravel track is near Cullen Wines on Caves Road and at the end is where you start to follow an offroad track. Have found Tailor and the odd small-medium Mulloway to be lurkiing here.
At Prevally the River mouth can turn up some decent skippy at times, as also the point to the south of the Gnarabup boat ramp(fish the holes in the flat reef). Boodjidup can be alright at times for Tailor and Sharks.
Rock fishing wise i like Cosy Corner. If you have a 4wd take the 4x4 track to Elephant Rock on the south side of the bay. Nice platform to fish off and relatively protected from swell.
