Hey I was wondering if anyone had been down to whitehills im going on the weekend to do a overnighter fingers crossed want to get my first mulla i have been trying for about 5 years now with no luck. i know i should really try the river at this time of year but i want to get the 4x4 out as well.
hoping there is bugger all weed and the wind looks like it will die of as the night progresses high tide is at 11 so should be good i hope anyway if you have been let me know. also whith that strech of beach is anywhere good or is there a cirtain gutter reef area i should be looking for? i have only fished there once before.

also does anyone know i have a metal drum that i cut in half am i allowed to take that down and have a fire in it on the beach it will contain all the ash so that when we take it we take everything with us thats why we made it or not?

Fires are illegal on beaches, (i think its within 50m of the shoreline)
So is pitching a tent, you have to sleep in your car.
Or thats what we were told by the rangers last time we were there. lol
