wierd fish???

just to start i dont have any photos..... went out with my family for a fish on the swan down past ascott race course an hooked into wat i think was small bream only 19cm but it had black dots the size of a 10c coin down the top length of the fish with smaller black dots over the bottom half of the fish with yellow eyes, all the info ive looked at on the net has said this fish is a sea bream? has anyone caught this fish in the swanriver would be nice to no what it was that i actually caught?

those trumpeter are the only ones ive gotten in the river. top mulloway bait.

heaps of them Grunters in the
