Yes; they are still on. Trip yesterday confirms this and yes; it's still popular now. The fish in the pic went 55cms and a few were left in the hole. One I pulled the hooks out on the beach probably would have gone well over 60cms. Not sure how well the hole will sustain the pressure as there have been a lot of fish taken out of there recently.

I have been fishing that area for years. Sadly it's turning into a main tourist attraction now. Time for me to start moving around again.
As for the Disco it's simple... Let the tyres down and just walk out of there letting the torc do the work. Unlike SOME people who drive Japanese stuff with tyres at full pressure and the engine reving at about 5000 RPMs LOL.

I do have to agree, it's WAY too busy down there. Still nice to catch fish though.
