If you could guarantee the spots were good ones they could be worth nearly anything.
While pro fishing out of Quindalup a well known wet liner had the GPS stolen off his boat while it was on the mooring.
Three days later it was found conveniently dumped in a roadside rubbish bin up near Myalup/ Binningup and thankfully handed in by the finder to the Bunbury cops. Who ever stole it had unscrewwed the back to access the power wires and jury rigged leads to fire it up and open the files to copy all the thousands of top spots from Augusta to north of Bunbury.
That info to another professional would have been wort tens of thousands of dollars. The owner of the boat that I skippered had purchased a book of points from a retired pro covering the same areas for $15 thou and that was only 1500 points.

I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.
