Smelly lil critters
Haven't got any sea horses, but I've found half a dozen little Occy's in my bilge this season. Pays to keep your eyes open would be better off as live bait rather than searching for that bad smell haha. Nice crays too mate.

I found a sea horse too this
I found a sea horse too this Chrissie cray run. Think mine came from some weed that was around the pot floats. Found him on the deck and got him back in the drink. The one I got was a little bigger than your guy.
