Xtreme March Seconds Sale
Hi all.
I have a few seconds/clearance items i have discounted for FW members. A seconds product is labelled a seconds item when it has some sort of athsetic blemish.
These can come in the form of a scratch, marks, discolouration and slight indentation.
these seconds still come with the 5 year warranty and will work as well as a full priced A grade cooler. The seal, latches, hinges, handles and screws are all in the same working order compared to an A grade item as well. They work just as well.
I have had a couple of these sales over the past two years and they have been quite popular. Free delivery in the metro area is also possible or pick up can be arranged from Mt Lawley or South Perth.
These are the current coolers available.
1 x 27litre marble (seconds) $50.00
2 x 70litre tan (clearance stock) $100.00 each. L: 820, W: 462, H: 410
1 x 70litre marble (discolouration on front wall) $120.00 each. L: 820, W: 462, H: 410
2 x 100litre tan (clearance stock) $120.00 each. L: 920, W: 520, H: 420 still available.
1 x 120litre tan (clearance stock) $130.00 new to list
1 x 120litre marble $150.00 new to list
1 x 260litre marble (clearance stock) $300.00 each bargain. L: 1675, W: 590, H: 535
1 x 55litre marble (clearance stock) $120.00 each L: 810, W: 402, H: 385 Part of the premium range.
These coolers are in stock and ready to go.

Thanks Dave.
Interested in #4 but cannot commit until next week when the cash fairy rocks up.
If it goes before then, tough titties for me.

Just picked up my cooler from Daves place.
The unit was advertised as a second. If this is a second, the 1st quality stuff must be exceptional (and no i didnt pick up the one for the other person by mistake).
I would say that if I ever need another, i will be back, but i think this thing will outlast humanity.
Thanks Dave.

Hi Swompa
Thanks for that and i am glad you were able to get the 120 today. It is very hard to expect people to pay full price for an item that does have scratches or as yours does, untidy scraps on the fron panel. The main thing is to ensure that it maintains a good seal and is also going to last. Nice dealing with you and i look forward to seeing a few of your catches in the cooler posted on here.

Dave

Well I took it out for the first time today.
In the past 2 years, I have caught 1 shark, 13 herring and two squid whilst fishing. Yep, all that I two years. And I have been out almost very weekend this year, and during Feb I was going out 2-3 times a week.
Today, with the esky onboard today, three skippy, 14 herring, a silver bream and a rat sambo...
Could this esky be a luck changer?

picked up a 120L "second" off you last year and its awesome, already been to steep and back 3 times and keeps block ice for 10 days. very very impressed with the product. if i had spare cash i would be picking up a 70l for smaller trips without hesitation.
always looking for a new challenge!!

Bugger
Bugger, had to pick up a 120L last minute from oceanside last week for the new boat.
Next day it got bit of a workout, phenomenal eskys that outperform my grandads $500 glass esky and less than half the price. Needed one to double as a seat and the 120 is perfect.
Dave, what would be the best way to fit a cushion?

Hi Milsey
Nice catch there, some quality fish. I use Olivers Upholstery in Carlisle for all seat/cushions. All materials used are marine grade and they do a good job. They are expensive and a seat/cushion for the 120litre will cost you about $90.00. Andrew uses 316stainles buttons to secure the cushion at each corner. They cut the cushion to dit around the latches for a snug fit. Their number is 9 3554022, ask for Andrew. These also come with a two inch cushion i think.
Hope this helps and i look forward to seeing more of your picks Milsey.

Thanks Dave, a family friend
Thanks Dave, a family friend is an apholsterer so i will get them to make one. I was hoping to avoid using press studs as they never seem to last but I couldn't think of any better alternatives.
