Yamaha 115 hp fourstrokes

 Gents,

Considering selling my twin fourstrokes I bought back in 2011, they have only done 130 hours and are in mind condition. I think I over capitalised when I bought them for my tub and am thinking of seperately selling them and upgrading my boat.

Cant seem to find too much on the net in the way of newish second hand motors, I was thinking in the range of 25-28k. I paid 33500 new and they havent done too much work. Is this around the mark that I would get or am I dreaming as they said in the castle!! haha

Cheers,

Hally

$25K is pretty realistic, but

$25K is pretty realistic, but it certainly depends on whether someone is looking or not at the time.

Are they counter rotating?

I see you bought them in 2011 but doesnt say if they were new-ie still under factory warranty?

They are probably one of the most enduring and reliable modern outboards made-a well proven model and design built for odd 12 years with little change, and still very competeitive in weight and technology
