 saw then charging a 60-70 year old Aussie looking dude at the freo traffic bridge he had undersized snapper <20> cm about 4 he looked pissed off that he was getting done I laughed at him and thanked the fisheries dudes

 Why does this crap keep happening? It's all well and good to pat fisheries on the back and say "well done" but it's the same broken record over and over again. This steady stream of apprehensions just tell me that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of scum out there, just waiting to do the wrong thing. Again.

There will come a time when rec fishing, as we know it, will be banned altogether. Depressing.
