Almond-Crusted Grey Barred Cod with Broad Bean Salad & Eggplant mash

So, this is the first dish cooked with the Grey-Barred Cod from my recent trip with SouthCity104. My partner was very partial to it, it was baked on a oven tray for 8min, the almond flakes added, then baked for a further 4min @ 200°C

Hi Rhyss, beans steamed for 4min, then double-podded, There is also basil and speck in the salad, although next time I'm just going to crisp up some bacon instead.
