yer mate i let the big fella go, I dont keep trout unless someone askes for one. redfin on the other hand are great and sometimes a welcome by catch if there a decent size.

im thinking about going down and getting a few good pics of the rivers and fish and doing up an article of the whole warren area and what it has to offer both fresh and salt water.

and pic , I understand how you feel about doing an article , but do you think it's the best thing to do for your fishery, more exposure means more pressure and clowns who won't even think twice about killing a trophy fish like yours . Just something to think about , Great fish

I tend to agree with you.
Someone would have to pay me big bucks to disclose all and the locals would probably give you a flogging LOL. Just keep enjoying and keep posting.
