Miso fish with spring onions and seasame seeds from Bill Granger's "Feed me now!".
4x 180g pieces of firm white fish fillet.
2 tablespoons of white miso paste
2 teaspoons sugar (I halved that)
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of evo
finely shredded spring onions
seasame seeds
steamed rice
asian greens
Place fish on a lightly-oiled baking tray. Preheat the grill to high. Stir together the miso paste, sugar, lemon juice and evo. Brush fish down and place under grill for 5-7min, until the fish is just cooked through. Sprinkle on seasame and spring onions and serve.
