I fitted 8 new rod holders before the trip and every single one broke like a gunshot as soon as there was any pressure applied.! Even just trolling. My boat is garaged therefore not brittle from the sun and all brand new. It's like they were made from brittle acrylic rather than nylon?? I am taking all the broken bits back to the shop in a plsatic bag and getting a credit. 8 Stainless coming up....have you got any you want to off load Big John?

Destroyed
Lucky you didn't lose any outfits over the side.
No mate, I'm not getting rid of any. It will cost $$$ for stainless but worth it in the long run.
