Egg beaters

Hey Big john, there Ballet BF5000,BF3000,BF2000 one for each day of the week. I honestly dont no anything about them or even heard of them but they seem pretty well built and in Thialand I got all three eggbeaters and the bait caster for just under $200 Australian dollars brand new so I couldnt go wrong.

I don't think you can expect too much from four reels which cost under AU$200 but then again, we may be pleasantly surprised...

Good so far cheif.Havnt had

Good so far cheif.Havnt had any problems with the ones Ive used so far but yet to get into some good fish with them. The drags are really smooth for a cheap reel and cant wait to get the baitcaster smoking as the drag has the best sound to it.

$200, thats a bargain. you can hammer them and not have the little voice in the back of your head reminding you how your mrs grilled you for spending $800+ on new reels.

I went to Phuket in october

Mon, 2007-01-15 09:52

I went to Phuket in october and brought 2 myself, both seem to be going alright but the baitcastor is starting to get a bit rattlely. Also picked up over 60 lures. Halco maniacs, twistys, snipers and some swimming lures also. Cant tell the difference. 60 lures cost me $80 australian and havent broke one yet. Funny that halco get them manufactured in tailand as the packet said, and there so cheap.
