Nice one Quan
Good looking fishing outfit you have there. What rod are you using?

Safety measures
Hey dpost80,
Yeah mate, it was scary seening water towering over you, but on that day it was only small swell....thank god.
When we (3 fisho) arrived at the place we had a plan set for any accidents, suss out swell movements, places to fish, so that we can croutch and hold on (in the background to the left there is pockets) if a huge swell did come over. I don't fish on the flat areas, just in case i get sweep in with no where to grip.
We decided that all electronic equipment (mobile) was left back in the hire car, the only car key was also left there as well, so that anyone would be able to use the car to get help.
We had a empty 15liter enclosed drinking container close by for a floatation device and the spot where we fish had a lot of tourist visting.
I wore long sleeve shirts for sun protection, enclose shoes and should of worn denim jeans, so that i wouldn't be cut up so much if went in.
We always keep one eye on the swell....but always have an emergency plan for places like these.
