It was Tuna/Bonito that had rounded up a bait school Feral. When we zoomed out there was another school showing above it to the surface.

hey nic .i had some good
hey nic .i had some good luck off bunbury 23/12 24/12 25/12/07 .the sounder flared like this .droped lines in and bam 6dhuies all around 10kg to 18kg in minutes.for three days these fish were on the same lump.baged out each time. went back newyears day the school was gorn but still picked up 2 10/12kg.these fish had nothing in there stomachs and it was a full moon.

nice sounder pic tim... when i went out with spess and jody, we found a wicked flare up in the 50m mark...was coral though, not a bait ball ( i asume that is what your pic is howing on the left...) it looks like you were just about to go over a patch of something though ( righ hand side...) is it more weed/ vegative if its bluey green like that, or coral?? ( ithought the more orange/yellow was more coraly ground.....

ps, kaneo, whilst it is good to hear of some hot fishing like what you got, some may scorn on the way you have said it.... hitting the same spot for 3 days in a row, and " bagging out" isnt really good fishing practices....its generally better to farm your spots on more of a rotational basis, rather than hitting the same spot on possibly wiping out a whole little ecosystem in a few days... food for thought. ps, any pics of your fish, sounds like some good size dhuies there....fish for fun, the future, and the belly!!!
