Cant believe how big the blasted things are. Although im not surprised. Always said there is no way i would go swimming in the waters off Albany, heard to many stories about the monsters when the whaling station was open.
Im surprised some cowboys havent had a go at catching them, even though there protected. lol

Yes they are aren't they Shortly. I know they used to get a lot when the whaling station was open - but have never seen one myself. As for catching them, yes; then it WOULD look like a scene from Jaws LOL.

Actually Matt, and this is VERY weird - it's funny you should say that. Just last week (before the report) I dreamt that I was on the bow of a boat chasing salmon and there was a large whitepointer nearby. Uncanny!

You would think that it would have been a good time for the manufacturers and retailers of " Shark Shield " to give it a test. If it works it would be more effective than trying to herd it out of the area.
