Went 149cm..... just ova 25kg.... Awesome fight too.... Caught on a Halco Laser pro 5m+ Goldy...So much meat came off it. Gave heaps to both neighbours and still filled up the freezer with fillets....

hooter! The smaller ones can be a bit of a pest at times but they're a great fish once they get over 20kg.

I find them awesome on light tackle. I love using a Curado baitcaster and a Miller barra stick with a floater out the back. When this gets going it is fun trying not to get spooled, and bringing the bacon home.
