17ft fibreglass centre console options?

Anyone know any options for 17ft fibreglass centre consoles?
Only one I've really seen is the Haines Prowler 525 which looks like a beast of a boat set up with a 115 four stroke. Pretty much ticks all the boxes.
Any others to consider?

All the best ones are based on that same hull. Cootacraft do a nice version.
Maybe even a galeforce.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

Ocean Whaler
We have an Ocean Whaler 5.65 and can't knock it at all.
Locally built so you can have some input during construction.
We've just come back from Kalbarri with ours and it was good handled the river mouth with ease. Ours runs a 155 Etec but i've seen some with 90's which they say work well.
You see one second hand now and then.

I have looked at the Ocean Whalers, I've fished in one with Nomad for a week and was quite impressed with how it went with 4 people on board and horrendous conditions.

is 115 or at least that is what Nigel was recommending when I had my OW. I had a 90 HP 4 stroke and that pushed it along fine.

Jay I have a galeforce 5.5
Jay I have a galeforce 5.5 and it is a great little boat.If you want something to do all from estuary to offshore go the haines as it has more freeboard but the galeforce has a lot more deck space. Galeforce rides will and stable at rest but does not have the freeboard of the Haines. I have a 90 etec and runs well with that power. Have a look at their website as they are all hand built. A lot cheaper then the Haines and you can customise them out of the factory to suit your needs. If your ever in Exmouth you could take it out for a spin to see if it suits. BTW cheep on the second hand market.
