Gday Fellas,
As the season is now over & the doom and gloom of the no footy weekends is ahead of us I thought I'd ask you if you can be bothered to throw your 2015 guestimate of what you think the ladder will look like at seasons end next year...
Here is mine

Port ( especially with P Ryder included )

I'm not sure who will finish the 8th spot but I guess its out of these teams

Bris ( especially if they land Dayne Beams they could have one of the best mid fields in the comp with Rich back also )

Its actually probably time they strung a consistent period together or they could slide and loose years, another coach chewed up and spat but we'll see?
Loosing the big Cox is a massive hole, their mid is dodgy and their forward line shows up occasionally...
They'll either sink or swim...
I'd have them between 8th-15th....
As far as Brisbane goes..... Rockliff, Rich, Reddan, Hanley, Beams, Zorko, young Aish as well as Leewy n Martin in the Ruck I see that being a good base for a good team...
Crows could handle loosing Danger though I know how good he is...
Bombers saga is getting boring but yeah who knows what will happen there...

I'm not taking anything away from Pt but they were 4th quarter specialists...
Its the only reason they were even able to have a crack at the Hawks. Freo fucked it up and the Hawks let them back in after we pretty much had them down n out...
I compare that a little to Geel who are 1st quarter specialists, eventually the cracks appear but we'll see...
Like I said throw a Paddy Ryder in there that will help but they don't have the defence to stand up when their attacking game isn't on....

Problem with that game style
Problem with that game style of theirs is that it will overwhelm average clubs but against quality well drilled sides it can backfire spectacularly, its rather high risk, having said that though they have some crazy good players like Wines, Wingard, Gray etc

Hawthron V Port GF next year for me.... yes their play is high risk and high reward, but when it is on no one can stop them...
Another pre season to their kids, more bulking , the taste of sucess this yeas and kenny hinkley will have them driving for more next year.
See freo around 3rd or 4th with Sydney. Think the kick in the balls the swans copped will hang over them for at least a year. There older players just get a year older......if freo fail again next year might see ross the boss look else where. Sandi/Pav/Micpharlin will be dissappearing
dont care about the rest, would love to see WC make the finals though! 6th-8th is where i see them as they should have a "easier" record this comming season.

One thing's for sure, 17 clubs will once again be striving to become something of the force that is the HAWTHORN FOOTBALL CLUB. It took a pile of setbacks for the HAWKS this year to bring the rest of the clubs closer, but superiority throughout the HAWTHORN FOOTBALL CLUB ensured another Grand Final playoff and the absolute DOMINATION of the so called 'favorites' made a mockery of the 'media hype' and any other club's flag aspirations for next year. It's guna be yet another satisfying summer for the HAWTHORN FOOTBALL CLUB and us supporters knowing we sit atop of the greatest game ever to be played and look forward to next year and the continuation of the HAWTHORN JUGGERNAUT!

I think the Hawks now are obviously the best team in the modern era and I'm fortunate to have barracked for them as a kid - I think they are now the best team in recent times surpassing Geelong... Also give me Luke Hodge over that little headucking wanker from Geelong anyday!! I like listening to Selwood speak he's obviously a great player but the headucking crap annoys the fuck outa me... Umpires and the rules committee are to blame for that!!
