registration process will require you to complete several forms. To
ensure the successful completion of the registration process, please
have the following information at hand:
Beacon Hex ID/UIN
Beacon Serial Number
Beacon Manufacturer
Beacon Model
Name and phone numbers of at least one person who can act as an 24-hour emergency contact
Name of business or person who supplied you the beacon
