I have some 50 pd braid on my reel atm and I was wondering if its possible to add 80pd braid to it just by tying a knot to the end of the 50 pound to 80 and reeling it on also what knot should I use because I will look it up on YouTube

You could
do a bimini - cats paw - bimini connection. The difference in braid thickness may cause an issue though.
I've done it and know a few others who've done it in similar thickness braid and not had an issue.

There could be better knots
There could be better knots out there but a double uni is quite a thin knot and should hold well. Just make sure you do 10 or so turns on each knot coz braid is so slippery.
Burley it and they will come.

Glue !
May sound silly but I glued braid to braid one time, and that help up really well.

You might be able to stitch
You might be able to stitch the thinner line up through the thicker braid with a sewing needle. Like: http://fishwrecked.com/forum/splice-loops-solid-braid-100-knot-strength
