No one in the media has
No one in the media has really mentioned that Freo were a month ahead in their preparation at the start of the season and that is one reason they are blowing teams away. They are going to have to rest and manage players well around rounds 15-18 to make sure they don't burn out. If they keep winning that's great but if they drop a few games they are going to have to push through to aim for top 2 and risk injuries to key players come finals. I personally wouldn't shed a tear if they blew it (again)

Lewis, late round arm smack across an opponents head from behind when he already had possession of the ball - 2 weeks with a p.g.... Two blokes in a 50 / 50 contest for a loose ball. Neither had possession so tackling is not an option... bump and out for 3 weeks???? what are these guys meant to do in that situation? can't hold or shepard. should they just let their quicker opponent beat them to the ball?

The West Coast Eagles say they’re happy to be flying under the radar in the 2015 season.
“A lot of people aren’t paying us any attention and that suits us just fine as we aim for eight or ninth on the ladder,” said Senior Coach Adam Simpson.
“I don’t think we’ve appeared in the Eastern state’s media for several years now. Maybe the occasional Ben Cousins piece,” Simpson said.
Shannon Hurn, who was apparently named Eagles captain last year, said the players had their sights set as high as a first week finals exit.
“Most people have forgotten about us entirely, I can even go to the shops here in Perth and people just assume I’m a tradie.”
