But despite rolling in glory at the moment dont YET believe we have a serious chance at being contenders. However I havent got this excited by a West Coast game in ages. Some fighting form showed by some off the supposed lower tier Eagles players. Baby face even played a good game, and looks more promising to support NickNat.
As for my other team - Dont let go of the throat!!! Letting the Dopers have 4 goals in the last Q is just not good enough. Choke them to death!!

Bah aha ha ha boo hoooo what a sook! Personally I reckon the Dorkers timing is way out by dominating so early in the season your side will just burnout and fade out with injuries. There are a few teams who I reckon are timing things just right, Adelaide and Sydney are my tips to turn it on late in the season. As the great George Grljusich said Collingwood are imposters and I think our injury list is our achilles heal. The mighty Eagles will be back in town before you lot win a flag and you will never even the derby ledger so dream on with that one.

Freo set up
This is the year for the Wanchors, they are doin exactly what is needed to go all the way atm and the condenders are makin it that bit easier by dropin games. This is their last hoorah and with this start, anything less than a flag this year will be a COMPLETE FAILURE. Pressure is on the pride bunch, every other team can relax a little knowing that expectancy is on another club. I know of a few purple poofs that have their flights booked, haha, I hope to fuck they make it to the final dance and the Hawks get the privelige of causing another mass of summer time purple depression lol

I have had an absolute guts full of the absolute crap and rabble our so called MEMBERS are. For the record, I am an 18 year member, and that is only because I was living in the country before that, otherwise I would be a 26 year member. I am passionate and I support the WEST COAST EAGLES...bugger the rest of them. Yeah I know this topic has been discussed before and yeah I have ranted about similar things but there needs to be a stand made.
I go to the games and support MY/OUR team. I don't care for this namby pamby crap of "I support both West Australian teams" because it is rubbish. How many Man Uted supporters cheer for City, how many Collingwood supporters cheer for Essendon or Carlton, how many East Perth people also barrack for West Perth...NONE! and that's the way it should be. I respect my mates and those others who support the mob down the road and hate us to death, because that's how it should be!!
I went to the game yesterday, I am pretty sure it was OUR HOME GAME, and was again amazed at how many purple supporters were sitting in EAGLES MEMBERS SEATS... They must have been either given the seats by a member, be a member themselves or I have no idea as I thought the seats of members who could not attend and advised the club of such were offered to those "in the wings" firstly. I was surrounded by Purple people in what was OUR HOME GAME. I even noticed at least 5 people who I have seen as OUR MEMBERS previously wearing purple and supporting the enemy!! DISGRACEFUL!
I have a suggestion to all of these people - HAND IN YOUR MEMBERSHIPS, WE DO NOT WANT YOU! Anyone who turned up with a members ticket and who was wearing purple should have been turned away at the gate!! There should have been a pocket of purple at the Perth end of the stadium with about 2-3000 in maximum, instead there were purple flags, hats, scarves etc all around the ground....again, I thought it was OUR HOME GAME.
You can bag the players and the club all you like, but until we get rid of this soft as butter/jump on the bandwagon/weak as pi55 attitude as supposed club MEMBERS, we will be nothing but the rabble we have become.....call the players front runner, have a look at some of our supposed MEMBERS who have jumped on with the enemy simply because they are having a win in the cycle of football. It is no wonder our players have no heart, they must look at the grandstands at the HOME GAME and wonder what the hell is going on.
If it were up to me, anyone wearing purple should be should be charged double at the bar and canteen, turned away at the gate if they are in a members seat and don't get me started on the fact they can open their team store, which is accessed from inside the stadium!! And yes I would be happy if they reciprocated at their home games because you wouldn't catch me dead going to one because I can not stand the rabble who support them!! Went once - Demolition Derby - NEVER AGAIN!
I am ready for the comebacks and the attack on my one-eyed and very biased view so bring it on.....as I said, you support US or you BUGGER OFF as we don't need you and have plenty of people who want to be members of OUR CLUB.
