On a lighter note I'm surprised there is still life across the ditch. Our media over here would have us think our bushfire smoke is toxic, your glaciers and snow have melted and turned brown as a result. I see Jacinda is currently over here to escape the turmoil.

Thanks guys - The smoke drifting over here was in the media for a few days but have not seen anything since, it only affected us for 1 day in Auckland, and it isn't causing any problem compared to what the actual fires doing... I guess media will be media and make a story out of anything!
