Just looking at some specials on whiskey and thinking everything is being downsized. A pint in a pub these days is rarely a pint, liquor used to be around 900 ml for us older fo.ks then 750 now i see 700. Even opened a can of Milo to find it was only half full. What other examples have people noticed?

Mum loves Vienetta icecream
Mum loves Vienetta icecream so I recently bought her one for her birthday. I'd hazard a guess that's it's a third of the size it used to me.
Officially off the Pies bandwagon

A packet of potato chips
Has shrunk in size significantly, as has a block of chocolate, but you pay a lot more .

Pint
A pint is a measurement of volume, so if you order a pint (in WA) and get less than 568ml (imperial pint) then they have usually given you a schooner and you should give it back. These bullshit boutique bars try to charge $11 for a Schooner but its only 425ml. A pint is a pint. Take your business elsewhere if they are trying to tell you otherwise.
I refuse to drink at places that serve schooners at pint prices. Go to The Vic in Subi for $3.50 pints, absolutely winning at that joint.

yep even the % of alcohol has dropped .... I ran out of Kracken (47% proof ) so I dropped into dan Murphy and picked up a 700ml bottle to read it was only 40% proof . The handbrake drinks CC (40% proof )and they have dropped it to 37 % lucky I’m a FIFO offshore still duty free at higher %
