Anchor winch Key

Just wondered if anybody has a Maxwell freedom 500 anchor winch ?
Have to replace the little plastic pressure arm but need the key to undo top of the winch. It is an 8 pointed allen key type setup that is around 21mm from point to point.
Just wondered if anybody has one they are willing to loan or hire out before I go and buy one
Happy to drive to pick up and drop back with a beer or 2

sounds like a Torx bit. Should be able to get them at any big tool store.

dont have one to loan but do know that auto one, supa cheap and mals all have these bits and there not that dear

flat bar
if the measurement is 21 mm between the cross sides maybe look at a section of flat bar and grind down until it fits neatly into the cross teeth and then use a cresent on the flat bar to undu the nut , dont force it and break the other sides of the security nut ,but this it might save you buying a special tool
