Anaconda have a stack of these in their clearance bins for $10 each if anyone is chasing one or a spare. Clip only. They had quite a few in Osb Park and also Joondallup.

those things are great, when
those things are great, when you can pull in a 40kg anchor and chain with ease along the surface they gotta be good. i wouldnt be without one. if you can get a pic of one they are easy to make and you dont need to use stainless steel to make one, i just used a length of 12mm steel rod

just ring around a few boat and or tackle places. someone should have one, one thing to watch out for tho, you have to get a float that will hold your anchor up so it may take a couple of goes to get it right. we had to get an 11 inch float to hold ours up

Simo there was a thread awhile back on how to retrieve your anchor using a anchor retreival unit , they showed the better unit to get with the big open SS circle that goes around your anchor rope and a large float that clips on with a large SS clip type shackle, i have the similar unit and works very well in any depth as long as you have enough rope and your deckie or wife will appreciate it as well when pulling back into the boat with very little effort, i would have thought that it was more around the $60 to $ 70

different unit
had a look at the BIAS unit shown by Peter , the only problem is the chain and anchor doesnot go through and if you are using a lot of chain the anchor and chain will fall away again and need retrieving, the unit i have hass a large SS circle ( 100 mm diam ) that the chain and anchor goes into and hold the whole lot until retrieved into boat
