annual parking ticket for hillarys, where to buy?

Just wondering if anyone on here knows of where to buy an annual parking ticket/pass for hillarys boat ramp? i read on one of the other posts you can get them for a bit over $100 but not sure where to buy it from? getting sick of scrounging around for coins in the centre console. if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be awsum.

Try Joondalup council offices they do the ones for Ocean Reef

Last one I bought was from the council place at Whitfords shopping center - not sure if its still there
The pass runs from Jan to Dec so ow is a good time to get it

The office is upstairs above the boat sales place -just before AQUA and same block as Mills Charters..
I think i paid about $105
