Another Fish ID

I've used the Fish.wa.gov fish identification PDF but I'm not sure if I've found the fish or not, I was snorkelling today and found a fish I've not seen before, it was about 12-14 inches long (put my hand close to it for reference) and looked a bit like a chinaman rockcod, but had incredibly bright pink/orange lips. It was in some seaweed and rocks near Trigg. Any ideas?

Sounds like a Red lipped
Sounds like a Red lipped morwong. They aren’t good to eat.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?
