Yup a work mate of mine lives there and is getting involved on the ground floor, I encouraged him to hit up all places in the government
land associated groups to get funding for a local fishing clubhouse.

Sorry plan feedback just ended on the 15th Aug, but at least its looking promising for the future.
but this was the options there looking at.
The only ongoing problem will of course be parking , because they only ever plan for the here and now not 5 years down the track.
If this goes ahead on busy summer weekends , the parking will be already redundant.
