Of bait fish, if I came across that I would drop down a bait catcher rig to try and find out just what it is.

One idea I had know idea that was on the pic I usually have shots cropped so no co ords up for bandits like woodsy to see

Zebra
We have been dropping the gopro down on the fishing line. Lots of yellow Zebra fish - millions of them and also big eye. We been finding the larger more solid red blobs closer to the ground is better fish. I have been turning gain down also as these bait show up like a good school of fish.
