...while night diving at the Jurien Marina wall. Scared hell out of me when it came out of the rocks right in front of me, big silvery scales reflecting off my torch!
i was fishing there last week when i hooked a massive mullagore , it was the biggest thrill of my life then it was 20 meters from shore when the fish stop fighting it almost felt like it was gone , i brought it onto the beach and it was bitten in half im guessing a crockadile must have the other half of it , keep it real true blue cobba digga (:
Got a 18kg mulla off the Thirsty Point a couple of years ago. Best 15mins of my fishing life. haha.
Thirsty Point round to back beach offers some good fishing, coast is always changing, but there are some nice gutters too.
Also, a few sharks. A few schoolies and hammers and Buschy, just for you, bronzeys off the beach round back beach, towards black peak/point.
Its pretty shallow round on the dark side (dark side coz of the weed), but you chuck a tailor/herring on a balloon and you should get into a nice bronzie.
Not sure what's been happening lately, havn't been up in ages, but there are a few netters (back beach), which is a pain.

Hill River is probably your best spot. Failing that perhaps the back beach at Cervantes. Hope you have better luck than I have :o)
