Well I went down to the local tackle shop in Rockingham and got myself some bait supplies for Thursday, even though it'll be a scorcher. But pickings were on the slim side with the bait freezer being a bit barer than normal. Maybe everyone has beaten me to it so it's time to try out the Blue Mackeral for bait instead of the usual. Bring on Thursday.

Last week
i had the same issue, grabbed the usall box of squid and some mulies.
The mulies were the smallest ive ever seen, hardly worth it.
Fillet the bi catch, always the freshest and best!!

you could probably thank warmer than normal water temps
for the small size. Just hope they dont cain it to hard and shops look for a different source for a while!!

I usually throw back fish
I usually throw back fish that I don't want to eat but does anyone have preferences as to which fish they keep for using for bait? My uncle usually keeps sargent baker as he reckons they go alright for fresh bait but I generally only use the bait I buy from the tackle shop.
