Australia Day - South Coast catch

Haven't been fishing much lately, but this arm burner was a good way to spend Australia Day morning. The bronzie was released to steal a few more rigs.

Hooked him on a salmon
Hooked him on a salmon strip. Was using 40 pound braid to 80 pound wind on leader to swivel and 200 pound wire. 10 foot XOskeleton rod with 850 spinfisher reel (normally rock fishing set up). I had been sharked 2 times earlier so decided to go with the wind on for extra protection and give. The bait was cast out into the gutter - no need to swim the bait out. Cheers.
