Blast from the past - FMT72L

Here's a question for you, some might think strange but never mind. When I was in high school many years ago now I built a series of fishing rods. The one that stood out the most was a FMT72L. Now whilst I remember the model of the blank like it was yesterday, I'm guessing now what that stood for - I think fast multi taper and might have been 72 inches long (Is this right?) I also remember that it was probably the best light spinning blank I built on, and now think id like to do another for light estuary species i.e. whiting, bream etc. Another question can someone advise what the best blank composition would be inthis day/age.. i.e. glass, graphite. Does it matter? , What are the pros and cons of each? Lastly does anyone know who builds one of these blanks? Id love to build one myself, however I do realise I'd probably spend just as much as buying one of the shelf, depending on what components I'd use, I know.

Correct with 72 inches long. Cant remember if it is Fast Multi or Fast Medium (or Medium Fast).

Those blanks are still available if you look around.
