i went out on saturday and picked up a good dhu and a few undersized snapper with a few small sambo's about 8 mile out of the marina .. the boys at nato reef did a lot better ..

Haven't heard too many good reports out wide of late. Been a bit slow with only the odd fish caught. Talking to the guys at fisheries the other day, they believe dhuys start to school up a lot later down here due to the colder water.

There is still plenty of KGs around in close and also heaps of crabs and squid about. Bagged out on squid on Sunday in half an hour.

Plenty of whales around at the moment and also a few sharks. Have heard two reports of great whites this week. One at Wrights bank and the other at Nato reef.
