 If not wearing a PFD must be be using a harness attached to shackle/anchor point.

Not sure how this will be policed. i.e signs don't stop people doing silly shit.

agree jack , places like eagle bay ,old dunsborough ramp ,meelup , roberts rd boat ramp rocks , geo bay marina walls and all other marina walls , etc etc ..would see you fined between $100 - $1000 if your not wearing one ..... is that really needed ??
