hey everyone, i am new with dslr cameras and have a few questions, just bought a canon EOS 600d with two lens's and now have to decide on what case to get. i have been looking at the pelican 1300 hardcase, are you able to fit both the lens's in the case? is this case the best option? also where is the best place to purchase a case and filters?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
cheers

just a thought - the hardcases are great for transporting without them getting damaged but would be a huge pain to lug around if you go on holidays or taking them to a party to take photos
i've got a big bag that keeps 2 lens and a flash and all accessories
when i go on holidays i got a backpack that stores both my camera, laptop and a simple carry case if i didnt want to bring the backpack around
for me i havent found a bag that ticked all the boxes

Agree with the above
I have a lowerpro backpack of some description, holds all 3 lenses and flash nice and tight as we as body and grip.
On top of the lenses my camera and grip sits there quite nicely, with all my filters/cords/random stuff in front.
All that still weighs a few kgs but it's easier to move around over the shoulder rather than a hard case set up.

I have a Pelican 1400 for my underwater camera which is smaller than your dslr and i get my camera, charger and a small strobe in. so a 1300 may be a bit small. All the internal measurements are on the pelican website
http://pelican.com/australia/
e.g
1300 Case
Interior Dimensions:
9.87" x 7.00" x 6.12" (25.1 x 17.8 x 15.5 cm)
As a case i love mine solid and waterproof enough to get thrown around in the tinny!

I have the high end gear in a soft bag then inside a pelican
You can also get hard cases from bunnings. They are made by kingchrome and are cheap.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?![](http://fishwrecked.com/sites/all/libraries/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/tounge_smile.gif)
