I have been able to receive Carnarvon from monkey mia on several occasions. The tip of perron is a lot closer so it is likely you will be able contact them from there.
It will depend on the set up on your vessel of course. A good size antenna, mounted high, coax and connectors in good condition....
Carnavonite is a sea rescue volley at Carnarvon an should be able to give more definitive answer.
Perron to Denham may be marginal as there is a lot of land between those location to attenuate the signal.

You shouldn't have any worries if your antenna is in good condition. Its 37nm but there is a direct line to our base aerial.
Wendy at ACRAM in Denham will probably get you as well.
