Hey guys is a shimano catana 10 ft graphite 3-5 kilo beach rod with a daiwa emcast 6000 reel to light for chasing tailor on local beaches ?

Which do you have already
Rod would be perfect for tailor, reel seems a little heavy for that rod. You may be better off with something like a phantom j 3500 matched or similar IMO.
