Cervantes and surroundings

Hey everyone
We are going for a stay in cervantes over the easter long weekend. We will be only land based and do have access to a 4 wheel drive. Just wondering if any one has had any recent catches around the area and any spots you can share ?? Im thinking we will most probs catch the usually herring, skippy, taylor.
Any help will be much appreciated Thanks

Hit up the NW corner of the
Hit up the NW corner of the big service jetty. There is always a variety of species to be caught including your bread and butter fish throughout the day , pike, squid and tailor. It is worth doing a search on this forum for Hill river - no 4x4 required to get in and can produce some great fish.

thanks for that i read abit about hill river. Is their 4wd their?. And whats the easyist way to get their ?? is it the same sort of fish eg herring taylor ?
