Charter for a Bucks Day

Hey All
Trying to look into a Bucks Day Fishing Charter. Anyone organised one that went well and has some advice would be greatly appreciated.
Metro area, BYO booze, good crew that doesnt mind a few rowdy boys (tough one I know).
Looking at some good fishing crews that will get everyone onto some fish. Doesn't have to be prize catches just enough to keep them interested for the day.

Other metro alternative would be Southern X Charters, back on board with their sponsorship. Can't speak personally for Saltwater but I know that the Southern Cross guys put on a hell of a day for a damn good price
