There is usually a chart shop at the Mandurah boat show. I think it is from the freo chart shop.

Department of planning and infastructure website has all of the coast covered up to gero. for RAN charts we went to the chart and map shop in freo, have only ever needed the RAN charts for cockburn sound as the dpi chart i think is a 75000:1 ratio and not as accurate as most are 25000:1. I would assume the RAN would have alot more charts for the north west though as DPI north of gero only has about 6 charts

Just bought a CD called Quick Charts $250 it covers all of WA and some has both close and offshore maps. Awesome bit of kit.
