Speak to Chas or Terry Fuller about long distance casting
That guy wouldn't rate with some of the guys here and in the UK. I think the world record is around the 300 yard mark (about 274 m).

It seems like it isn't that big a cast
A couple of blokes on another site I am on are competition casters and they are hoiking the thing out at least 200+m.

Yeah, there are a few guys (and girls) locally who really
send it out a long way - and they can do it pretty accurately as well. It is intertesting to see the different techniques and equipment that are used.
