Christmas food

Last year there was a christmas food post that was pretty cool. Come on Jamie, Alfred and others, show us how christmas went down this year!
Ill start it off with my Turkey in the webber cooked by Proxy. Jane and I prepared the bird the evening before much to the directions here : http://www.heatbeads.com.au/recipe/the-heat-beads%C2%AE-christmas-turkey/
But with our own secret herbs and spice stuffing mix. We had a breakfast to go to so we left the cooking to my bro and I reckon it came out sweet.
