Christmas Lunch
Submitted by alfred on Sat, 2010-12-25 20:30
Had a quiet Christmas this year with just the family, so the spread was simple. Got to love the whites, the soft shell allowed me to de shell the whole head, so that everything on the platter was edible!
Ran out of parsley and cucumber so no interesting colours to the dish!
Spinach with bean sprouts and baby corn
French beans with pomelo
King prawns and mango salad
BBQed scallops - shucks, didn't clean the dish!
Roasted potato and pumkin
Waldorf
Honey baked ham
Turkey roll

If I spent half as long fishing , as I do reading this bloody forum , I'd be twice the fisherman I am.
