COMMODORE 6.7 ALL ROUNDER
Submitted by wez0062 on Thu, 2020-03-26 11:40
would any owners of a Commordore 6.7 allrounder be able to tell me if they know the weight of the boat & trailer combined & also, does your trailer have brakes on all axles on the trailer or just the front 2.
My trailer is out of commision at present ( i cannot tow to weigh bridge ) & i am prepping to redo brakes & springs, so i just need this knowledge to ensure i am on the correct patch.
thanks in advance

I dont have figures but use
I dont have figures but use to work in the trailer industry and we relicenced alot of trailers .many times the BTM weights where well above what the dealers said. You will be well over 2t once full of fuel . I would say around the 2400kgs.

thanks Cobber, i am running a 200ETC, so probably just a smidge under that 2.6t
I am going to need to run brakes on both axles, i currently have mechanical brakes only on the front axle, so i am installing hydraulic discs all round & using a ALKO IQ7 brake acuator

It is very common for
It is very common for trailers to be out of spec. Always pays to take the rig over the weigh bridge fully laden to make sure your safe. If it’s over the limit it voids your insurance and more importantly could cost lives.
